Yes- I had issues for a few weeks due to a rotator cuff injury- this definitely helped!

I have had 4 surgeries on my shoulders. Not sure what the cream has in it but it has been the best I have found for comfort on my shoulders. Penetrates deep.

Our Arnica Cream reduces pain and inflammation in joints and muscles, which can absolutely help with shoulder pain. However, if your symptoms persist beyond a week or so, you might want to consult with a doctor. Back to Normal
