Wrist Turn
Stretch is for your forearms
Prior to stretching apply Back To Normal Arnica Creamâ„¢ to top of forearm. This will loosen the muscle and relax your pain receptors and provide longer lasting relief. Combine the cream with this stretch and the following stretches for maximum effect. Repeat as necessary.
Sit or stand with good posture and keep your shoulders even. Keep your elbow bent at a right angle, palm facing up
Turn your wrist slowly so that your palm faces down and then return to palm facing up. Repeat with both arms
Tips
Keep your elbows tucked into your side to maintain good form. Twist your wrist as far as possible, leading with your thumb, for a deeper stretch on the forearm muscles.
