Stretch is for your forearms
Prior to stretching apply Back To Normal Arnica Cream™ to top of forearm. This will loosen the muscle and relax your pain receptors and provide longer lasting relief. Combine the cream with this stretch and the following stretches for maximum effect. Repeat as necessary.
Keep your elbows tucked into your side to maintain good form. Twist your wrist as far as possible, leading with your thumb, for a deeper stretch on the forearm muscles.
