Stretch is for the hamstring

Apply Back To Normal Arnica Creamâ„¢ to the middle glute and upper hamstring area.

  • Lie down on your back, facing up

  • Place a rolled up towel behind your neck

  • Place a pillow or a roller behind both knees

  • Bend one leg and lock fingers behind knee

  • Keep arms straight and fingers interlaced

  • Hold your leg upright with only your hands, rest your leg

  • Straighten the leg that is bent as best you can

  • Do not expect to straighten it entirely

  • Flex foot, bringing toes towards your face

Tips
Keep the rest of your body as relaxed as possible, only stretching the target muscles. Keep your arms relaxed, relying on your interlaced fingers to keep your leg up in the air.
