Neck Roll

Stretch is for your entire neck and trapezius muscles

Apply Back To Normal Arnica Creamâ„¢ to the back and sides of the neck and traps (muscles between your neck and shoulders).

  • Sit or stand with good posture and keep your shoulders even

  • Let your head gently move forward until your chin is almost on your chest

  • Roll your head gently to one side and then back again to the other side

  • Roll your head back and forth slowly from side to side

  • Do not roll your head backwards so that your head is looking upward

Caution
Rolling your head backwards creates pressure on your spine.
