I suffer from headaches that seem to run along my sinuses. These are especially bad during allergy season or when there is a lot of stress in my life. And either a side effect or main cause is extreme tightness in my neck.  So I don’t know if I should be treating a sinus problem, a neck (muscle) problem, or a general headaches. The problem with this is it it occurs several times a week and only seems to be handled by OTC Aspirin/pain relievers about 50% of the time. Any ideas?
