Stretch is for the calf muscles of the back leg

Apply Back To Normal Arnica Cream™ to the calf muscle being stretched.

  • Stand arm’s length from a wall. Place both hands on the wall at shoulder height

  • Put one foot in front of the other, both feet pointing straight at the wall

  • Keep a slight bend in both knees. Push your hips forward, allowing your body to move forward and down, trying to keep your back heel down

Tips
Make sure your back foot is pointed straight and do not allow it to turn to the side.
