Neck Tilt
Stretch is for your neck and rhomboid muscles (mid back)
Apply Back To Normal Arnica Creamâ„¢ back of neck and upper back (between the shoulder blades).
Sit or stand with good posture and keep your shoulders even
Tilt your head down to rest your chin on your chest and then gently return your head to a neutral position
Tips
To deepen the stretch, with your head in the tilt position, gently round your back. You should feel the stretch moving from your neck down to the middle of your spine.
